Written Examination

1. General Awareness (25 marks).
2. Aviation Knowledge (25 marks).
3. English Knowledge (25 marks).
4. Aptitude & Reasoning (25 marks).

• The written examination contains 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. Each question carries 1
  mark. No marks would be awarded for un-attempted questions.
• The level of the exam will be upto 12th standard.
• The examination will be conducted in bilingual (English & Hindi).

Age Limit (As on 01-01-2022)

The age limits for the posts as per the Recruitment Rules of various User Departments are:

• 18-25 years.
• Reservations & Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS will be as per Govt. instuctions. A candidate for this examination attained age of 25 years as on 01-01-2022.i) Upto five (5) years Relaxation for SC candidates in IGI Costumer Service Agent.
  ii) Upto three(3) years Relaxation of OBC candidates in IGI Costumer Service Agent.
  iii) Upto fifteen(15) years Relaxation for SC-PWD candidates in IGI Costumer Service Agent.
  iv) Upto thirteen(13) years Relaxation for OBC-PWD candidates in IGI Costumer Service Agent.
  v) Upto ten(10) years Relaxation for OC-PWD candidates in IGI Costumer Service Agent.
